August Activity Club

First Aid was on the agenda for today’s activity. An external trainer delivered an informative and practical training session on useful and relevant first aid including the recovery position, CPR, choking and cuts/bandaging.  At the end, there was a multiple choice quiz based on the session and once finished, the answers were discussed as a group.

Then everyone headed off to a local park for a variety of outdoor games including boules. football and rounders.  We also set up a multi activity circuit for everyone to compete against each other.  Once everyone was thoroughly exhausted we went in search of smooth pebbles to decorate and hide somewhere in the open for someone else to find – part of a new craze – and photograph and re-hide!

Ice creams on the way home was the perfect end to a fun day!
